Ray Kahymeyer, stoneware bowl
This original stoneware bowl by Lindsborg, KS artist, Ray Kahymeyer (1930-2007) is in good condition with the artists stamp on the bottom. It measures 6.5" x 7.5" including the handle. Winning bids are packaged and shipped by UPS. Shipping estimates are available upon request. Kaymeyer was a graduate of Kansas State Univercity with a BFA ana MFA and attende Alfred University in New York. He was a Professor of Art, teaching ceramics, at Bethany College, Lindsborg, KS and served as department head, retiring as the Mary J. Mingen back Distinguished Professor of Art. Kaymeyer belonged to the Kansas Craftsman Assoc. National Council on Education for the Ceramic Arts and American Craftsman Council.
