Caroline Kahler, basketweaving, basket, signed on bottom, good condition, measures 14.75x 13.25×22.75, Kahler has a B.S. degree from Kutztown State College, PA and a M.A. degree in textile arts for Perdue University, IA. Kahler is well known for her ceramics and fiber art, and has pieces in private and museum collections around the country. She has served as Professor of Art and Department Chair at Bethany College in Lindsborg and at Southeast Missouri State University.
